In November 2022, Sinatra & Co. closed on the purchase of New River Apartments, newly named The Residences at Soho, in Tampa, FL. This 218 unit value-added community is the third multifamily asset under management in the Tampa submarket. Unit renovations began in Q1 of 2023 with a plan to renovate 137 of the 218 units at this location.
