The Phoenix Brewery Apartments in Buffalo, NY is a mixed-use redevelopment with 3000 square feet of commercial space and 31 unique luxury lofts with exposed brick, 9-to-17-foot ceilings, and high end finishes. Outdoor patios on roofs of both single story wings and another on the upper roof are available to all tenants. Sinatra Development Company obtained Historic Preservation Tax Credits to fund the project. This first market-rate residential development, located within the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus, has stunning views of the city with both downtown and medical campus views.
