In 2019, Sinatra Development Company was awarded the Erie Downtown Development Corporation revitalization project. This mixed-use, large project with proposed 9000-square-foot fresh food market, 8000-square-foot dining hall, 7 retail spaces, 64 residential apartment homes, and exterior improvements is highlighted as one of SDC's most impactful endeavors. With a development timeline extending into 2024, this downtown redevelopment is the largest company project to date.
