In 2020, Sinatra Development Company was selected as Co-Developer and CM as Advisor for the Erie Downtown Development Corporation revitalization project. This mixed-use project included 154 residential units, over 100,000 square feet of commercial space, a 312-stall parking garage and exterior improvements. Fitouts for commercial tenants included Cashier's House historic restaurant, Flagship City Food Hall with 9 vendors, a bar and seating for 160 diners, Flagship City Pubic Market, Ascend Climbing Gym, Erie Apparel, The Brig Cigar Lounge and Talk Erie Radio. This downtown redevelopment is the largest company project to date and one of its most impactful.
