Currently in progress, this signature, ground-up mixed-use project consists of two sister structures. These gateway buildings will mark the entrance to CANALSIDE, Buffalo’s premier entertainment destination, home to the Buffalo Sabres, national concert tours and yearlong, outdoor entertainment with a boardwalk, ice rinks, boat tours and professionally programmed events. The 61 apartment homes and ground-level commercial space are perfect for those looking to be a part of the action in the Buffalo waterfront redevelopment. This project was thoughtfully designed by Carmina Wood Design and is in the Brownfield Clean-Up Program.
